Hi Sonia, how have you been. I just wanted to share something that happened to me last week. I was at the local grocery store last week, during that bad wind storm. I was on my way home from work. I made sure to hold my skirt down on the way in but I never gave it another thought. I was on my way out to the car with a bag in each arm when a gust blew my skirt right up.
