In which we have a farewell dinner and a randy evening together before I say goodbye with a feeling of foreboding. Celebration
The night before last was our final evening together before John was due to leave and I had prepared a special meal for us. I had planned we should have Smoked Salmon, followed by John’s favourite Beef Wellington and finally a Pavlova Cake filled with fresh fruit laced with liqueur.
