Dinner with Pat

This occurred in the early eighties, before the recession when money was loose and everyone was having fun, all very hedonistic. The week previous to this event I had taken Pat on a shopping trip to London, in particular Harrods and among the things she purchased was a wonderful wrap around back-less dress. It was a very light blue, almost grey creation with a tie belt in a very light matt silk material, semi transparent and very clingy.

We had arranged to dine out at a very expensive restaurant in a small town called Ingatestone
