In Chapter 1, we met Family Practice Doctor Marcy Harris. The 52 year old woman with two grown children of her own was a respected Doctor that gave thorough exams. In Chapter 3, she sees a new patient, Michael Sanchez, 11, along with his mother Barbara. The boy receives a thorough exam and is asked to return 3 months later for a follow-up. Our story continues as the boy and his mom depart the Doctor’s office after the first visit.
