I was raised in a very catholic neighborhood in a very ethnic part of Chicago. I came from a large family and my mother was very close to her sister, my aunt Paula. In the course of raising a large family of 5 boys and 3 girls, my Aunt Paula helped my mother a great deal. She never married and looking back, I think that she might have been gay.
